A little bit about my own story. A yr and a half ago I weighed 205lbs after having 2 children back to back. I gained 60lbs with my first pregnancy and then 50 with my second and they are only 14 months apart. I had almost come to accept that I would never go back to looking like I did before having kids. That this is just what happens when you become a mother. Then one day when I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the person that I saw. I decided that it was time make a change. I started working out with home workout dvds and eating healthier, making little lifestyle changes. As a result of lots of hard work, sweat, and dedication I lost 50 lbs in a year. I am now in the best shape of my life and still a work in progress. But I am taking each day and taking steps towards a more healthier me.
